  • What is Feenix?

    Feenix is the go-to app for getting what you need delivered to you, whenever you need it. We provide an unbeatable experience for our passengers, business users and drivers alike by giving them the most reliable, quickest and safest way to get the things they need, and get around.

  • How do I download the app?

    The Feenix app can be downloaded through the Apple Store and google play

  • If I leave any valuables in a car, can they be retrieved ?

    Once you leave any items in a Feenix car, it is possible to quickly call the driver using the call button on the app to alert him and if he is within reach you can connect and retrieve your items after confirmation. You can also pick up the items at our Accra Office. Please email info@Feenix.com for further assistance.

  • How do I book a ride?

    It’s very simple! Open the app and your pickup location should be automatically displayed if your mobile data and wifi are on. Choose your ride from the scroll bar at the top. Tap the pin on the left to set your pickup point, or search for other popular places nearby. Once you’ve got the right location, tap the ‘Set Pickup’ button which takes you to the next screen.

    Book your ride for now or later, enter your destination, choose to pay by card or cash and add any special requests in the ‘Note to driver’ field. Once you’re done, tap the ‘Order now’ field and watch your cab make its way to you in real-time on the map.

  • Where can I use Feenix?

    If you’re in the Ghana, you can use Feenix currently in Accra, we will soon be available Nationwide. You can however book a ride from Accra to other parts of the country.

  • What if I need to contact my driver?

    You can call your driver through the app by hitting the telephone icon once your cab is booked. If you need to contact your driver after the ride has ended, you can get in touch with customer care at admin@Feenix.com who can make contact for you.

  • How Can I get a price estimate?

    As soon as you have confirmed your location, you can enter your destination and get a price estimate.

  • How do you ensure the safety of your passengers?

    Every driver has to pass a training course and gets his/her documents checked by our staff before they can start driving.

    Every passenger can also leave feedback for the driver and we block drivers with bad ratings from the system. You can help us improve by leaving a rating next time you use Feenix.
